1. Effective date

The "Symbionat-Micronutrition" mobile app was launched on April 1, 2021.

 

2. General terms

2.1 In the "Symbionat-Micronutrition" mobile application terms and conditions (as defined below) (collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), "Symbionat Health Company Limited" or "we" refers to Symbionat Health Company Limited, "Symbionat -Micronutrition" refers to the "Symbionat-Micronutrition" mobile application. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using "Symbionat-Micronutrition". You use "Symbionat-Micronutrition" and become

2.2 We will make every effort to ensure that the products and content listed on "Symbionat-Micronutrition" have been updated. We reserve the right to change products and content without prior notice. We can decide whether to accept all orders based on the inventory supply.

2.3 We will make every effort to ensure that the products listed on "Symbionat-Micronutrition" have sufficient inventory. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of related products. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order and refund the amount received.

 

3. Member registration

3.1 Membership is applicable to people 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 and wish to become a member, you need to obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before filling out the application form.

3.2 Each person can only apply for one

3.3 The information provided to us when you register as a member will help us provide you with products or services that are of interest or meaningful to you.

3.4 In the case of our independent decision, we have the right to reject your application.

3.5 You must register and become our certified member before you can order products in "Symbionat-Micronutrition". At the time of registration, you promise to:

l Provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you as required;

l You must ensure that your member name and password are properly kept;

l Only you or a person authorized by you can log in to "Symbionat-Micronutrition" with your member name and password;

l We have absolute discretion to reject any new member application and terminate any registered member without providing any reason.

3.6 If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to update your account or notify "Symbionat Health Company Limited" immediately by phone or email to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.

3.7 If your account has not been logged in for a certain period of time (within a period of 3 years), in order to protect you and us, we will consider that you no longer use the account, and its relief account may become invalid. Your member account will also be cancelled. If you want to use "Symbionat-Micronutrition" again, you must apply for a new account again.

 

4.0 PRIVACY POLICY

In addition to providing a convenient shopping environment for consumers, SYMBIONAT HEALTH online shopping platform also values your privacy. According to the relevant national laws, regulations, legal procedures or government requirements, the privacy protection statement is therefore set. Please read the following privacy protection terms in detail.

4.1 Personal data acquisition

When users enter SYMBIONAT HEALTH APP or website, no personal information is needed unless you want to join our membership or make a purchase. SYMBIONAT HEALTH will not obtain users' personal information without notification to users. SYMBIONAT HEALTH records user's location on APP / website / browses the website / other related materials, all this information is only used for traffic analysis and online behavioral survey to improve our services. SYMBIONAT HEALTH may request users to register personal information in order to contact, complete the transaction, provide service or process subscription.

4.2 Use of personal data

Personal data obtained by SYMBIONAT HEALTH and its related APP / website are for the purpose and scope of use within SYMBIONAT HEALTH as specified. SYMBIONAT HEALTH will never provide users' personal data to 3rd parties unless stated or in accordance with applicable laws. SYMBIONAT HEALTH may use cookie technology to provide services that are more suitable for users; cookies are a technique used by web host to communicate with users' browsers. It may store certain information on users' computers, but users can cancel or restrict this function via browser's setting.

4.4 Data security

To protect users' personal privacy and security, account information in SYMBIONAT HEALTH is protected by password. In some cases, SYMBIONAT HEALTH uses the world's advanced SecureSocket Layer(SSL) transmission encryption mechanism to prevent your data from being read by 3rd parties during transmission. SYMBIONAT HEALTH will not sell or disclose your personal data without your consent, except in following cases:

• Any agent, contractor and service provider that provided services to SYMBIONAT HEALTH operations, including administration, order processing, electronic communications, computers, website maintenance, payment matters and other services.

• Any person or institution that has a confidentiality agreement with us, including affiliates.

• Any person or institution that we believe is obligated to disclosed information to it under the relevant laws.

4.5 Network link

SYMBIONAT HEALTH and its related websites and web pages may contain links to other websites or web pages, and these websites or web pages that are not SYMBIONAT HEALTH, regardless of their content or privacy policy, are not related to SYMBIONAT HEALTH.

4.6 Update and modify member information

By registering as SYMBIONAT HEALTH member, you agreed to the above policy and personal information collection statement. When you enter SYMBIONAT HEALTH and agreed to become our member, you must fill in some of the personal data in response to the requirements of the personal information collection statement on the website. As a condition of using the SYMBIONAT HEALTH service, you also have the right to request amendments to your personal information. If the personal data changes or the information is found to be incorrect, you can log in and correct or modify it on our APP/ website, including requesting to stop sending e-newsletters, advertisements and other related information.

 5.0 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

5.1 Foods, supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged once they are sold. Exceptions will be for defective products with quality issues* only. Returns and exchange will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. *Quality issues refer to defective products with damages or melting conditions caused during transportation.

5.2 Audio and video products will be issued to the customer's account simultaneously upon the payment is completed, therefore no return or exchange service will be applied.

5.3 For service such as CONSULTATION, WORKSHOP, TRAINING, etc., we accept cancellation 48 hours before the service takes place. The payment will return to the client’s appointed account within 6-8 weeks, subjected to the policy of the service providers. For service cancellation within 48 hours, full amount will be charged.

5.4 EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE BORNE

The shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by consumers. When the goods have the following conditions, the return shipping cost of the goods will be borne by SYMBIONAT HEALTH:

• Products do not match the order (including but not limited to product specifications, styles, quantities, etc.)

• Products have defects (including but not limited to quality defects, damage during shipping, etc.)

5.5  In other cases not listed above, the shipping and return shipping charges will be borne by consumers. In case of any dispute, SYMBIONAT HEALTH reserves the right of final decision.

 

6. Regulatory laws

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you and us are also subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All or part of the materials in our platform and applications come from us or other licensed sources, and are protected by all relevant intellectual property laws (including copyright and trademark laws). All rights to the content of our platforms and apps are owned or held by us or our respective licensors.

7.2 The names, images, logos and third-party products and services in "Symbionat-Micronutrition" are the proprietary trademarks of us or third parties, respectively.

8. Cancelled "Symbionat-Micronutrition" member account

8.1 If you cancel your "Symbionat-Micronutrition" membership account, you will lose all reports and records stored in the account, and your membership will also be terminated.

8.2 If your membership of "Symbionat-Micronutrition" is terminated for any reason

9. Other

9.1 Since this plan relies on the operation of systems that are not under our control, such as communication networks and power grids, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of this plan. However, we will do our best to ensure that our system supports the operation of this program.

9.2 If we fail to provide you accurately due to force majeure reasons (including due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures or any situation beyond our control) We will not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party for the required products or services.

9.3 We are not responsible for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss caused by your transaction with us under any circumstances.

9.4 Special promotions are only valid for individual members and cannot be transferred to others. You should not transfer your membership benefits to others for use.

 

9.5 We may provide you with services related to your membership from time to time, and these services will be governed by the relevant service terms and conditions.

9.6 If we terminate the service of the "Symbionat-Micronutrition" mobile app, we will send a notice of no less than three months through the app, phone or email and on the "Symbionat Health Company Limited" webpage.

9.7 If you violate or we have reason to believe that you have violated these terms and conditions, we will suspend or terminate your membership and take action to demand compensation for any losses that may be caused to us due to your violation.

9.8 We have the right to request and withdraw from you the losses and reasonable expenses incurred by us due to your changes or interference, or allowing a third party to change or interfere with your membership information.

9.9 If any of these terms and conditions are interpreted as illegal or invalid, these terms will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of other terms and conditions.

9.10 We may make corrections to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The latest version will be contained in "Symbionat-Micronutrition".

9.11 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
